Learning Center · Bioresonance Therapy: How Frequency Programs Work
Foundations · 5 min read
Therapy devices are the "supporting" half of bioresonance, quiet, wearable technology that runs specific frequency programs through the day.
Far less dramatic than newcomers expect. A program is selected, and the device runs it, either passively while carried in a pocket or bag (field mode, as with the Life Balance 2.1), or through skin-contact electrodes in a seated session (as with the Life Balance Contact). Users feel little to nothing during a session; the practice is cumulative, not sensational.
Every therapy device ships with a built-in program set, the original Life Balance 1.0 carries 71, split between prevention and harmonising. Beyond the built-ins, the WebWellness web clinic provides access to a library of more than 3,000 ready-made complexes, plus the ability to assemble custom complexes and load them onto the device. The device is the instrument; the web clinic is the sheet music.
Consistency beats intensity, without exception. A realistic template:
The most common beginner mistake is program-hopping, a different program every day, chasing a feeling. Choose a baseline, hold it for weeks, then review. The first-week guide lays out day-by-day steps.
Frequency therapy is complementary wellness support. It does not treat or cure medical conditions, and it works best alongside, never instead of, proper medical care, sleep, nutrition and movement.
