Customer support
Support at ATTUNE is included with every purchase and covers the whole journey: choosing the right device before you order, free personal onboarding after delivery, and direct help for as long as you own the device.
- Before you buy: honest device guidance by email, usually answered within one working day. Ten questions before an order beat one wrong device after it.
- After delivery: a personally guided first session (setup, first scan or program, your questions), scheduled with every order.
- Ongoing: program and web clinic questions, subscription activation help, and coordination of any warranty case with the manufacturer.

Delivery terms & return policy
Devices ship from the nearest stocked WebWellness showroom in the manufacturer's international network, which keeps delivery fast and shipping costs low.
After an order, stock availability is confirmed with the showroom. Occasional delays of 1–2 weeks can occur when an item needs restocking; if timing matters, ask before ordering and we will confirm availability first, or ship from an alternative showroom with stock. If a specific route ever requires a shipping adjustment, it is agreed with you before anything ships.
Returns
- You may return an order within 14 days of receiving the package, provided the request is sent by email within that period.
- The item must be in new, undamaged condition, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and materials, with any included WebWellness balance unused.
- After your return request is confirmed, the item must be sent to the return address we provide within 14 days. Always confirm the return address with us before shipping anything back.
- Who pays the courier: change-of-mind returns are shipped at the buyer's cost. If the return is due to our fault or the showroom's fault, courier costs are covered.
- Refunds are issued the same way the payment was made, to the account the payment came from. Depending on your bank, a refund can take up to 30 days.
Defective items
If an item arrives defective, email us within 14 days of receipt. Once the returned item is inspected and the defect confirmed, you choose a full refund or a replacement.
Warranty service
Every device carries the manufacturer's 24-month warranty, counted from the date of sale. ATTUNE coordinates every warranty case with the manufacturer for you.
- A manufacturing defect that appears during the warranty period is handled by the manufacturer free of charge, either as a repair or, at the manufacturer's choice, a replacement.
- Warranty service is performed only by the manufacturer or parties it authorises. Devices are accepted for repair in protective packaging with completed warranty documents.
- Warranty status is determined by a service engineer after full diagnostics.
- Repair times: up to 14 working days with parts in stock, or up to 2 months when parts must be specially ordered. Where neither repair nor replacement can be carried out, a replacement unit is provided inside that same 2-month window.
- Any time a device spends at the service centre is added back onto its warranty period.
- For warranty repairs where no service location exists in your city, delivery costs to the service centre are compensated by the manufacturer to your WebWellness account, and return delivery is paid by the manufacturer. Non-warranty repair shipping is not compensated.
Not covered by warranty
- Consumables, accessories, batteries, cables, adapters and elements that require periodic replacement
- Damage from improper transport, installation, connection or operation; mechanical, electrothermal or chemical damage; liquid, insect or foreign-object damage
- Devices opened, modified or repaired by unauthorised persons, or with signs of self-opening
- Missing warranty card or documentation, or an expired warranty period
- Devices purchased in a different country than the servicing showroom's country are treated as non-warranty cases, so buy from the channel that serves your region
Already bought from another distributor?
ATTUNE's free support, onboarding and warranty coordination apply to devices purchased through ATTUNE. If your device came from another seller, your first stop for usage questions is the distributor who sold it to you.
- Broken device: contact the manufacturer's technical support directly; the warranty is honoured through the official service network regardless of which official seller you used.
- Subscription activation: follow the activation steps in your web clinic account, or purchase a WebWellness balance top-up and provide your username.
- Want to switch: if your original consultant is no longer active or cannot be reached, contact us and we will help where we can. Our free Learning Center is open to everyone, whoever you bought from.
Referral bonuses & the partner program
Business Process Technologies, the manufacturer behind WebWellness, runs an official referral program its clients can join. The honest summary:
- Your first purchase is made at the full price and registers you in the system.
- From then on, recommendations and repeat purchases can earn bonuses credited to a personal affiliate account. Depending on the products in an order, rewards range from roughly €50 up to €600.
- Bonuses can be used as a discount on future orders or to top up a WebWellness balance. Withdrawing bonuses as money requires registering as an entrepreneur and signing an independent consultant contract with the manufacturer.
- Multi-device orders unlock higher reward tiers than single-device orders.
If you love the system and want your recommendations to count, we register your purchase so the program is available to you, and we explain the current terms before you decide anything. No pressure, ever: the program is an option, not a pitch. Ask about the referral program.
