Every device is listed at the official WebWellness retail price, shown directly on its product page. Visitors from the United States see pricing in USD. Free personal onboarding is included with every order at no extra cost. Full line-up on the shop page.

Orders ship from the nearest stocked WebWellness showroom. If a specific route ever requires an adjustment, it is confirmed with the buyer before anything ships, no surprise charges, ever.

How ordering works

An order request is placed through the site. Stock and delivery time are confirmed for the destination country, then a secure payment link is sent (PayPal and card payments carry standard buyer protection). Once paid, the order ships and onboarding is scheduled, the goal is a first session in week one, not "someday."

Warranty

All devices carry the manufacturer's 2-year warranty.
A unit that arrives faulty or fails under warranty terms is repaired or replaced through the manufacturer, coordinated by ATTUNE.

Returns

14-day return window from receipt, per EU consumer law.
Change-of-mind returns require the device new and complete in original packaging with all accessories; return shipping for change-of-mind is paid by the buyer.
Faulty items: return and replacement costs are covered.
