The unglamorous page that matters most before a €500-1,500 purchase. Everything below is the complete picture, no "contact us to learn the price."
Pricing
Every device is listed at the official WebWellness retail price, shown directly on its product page. Visitors from the United States see pricing in USD. A guided start and the English learning materials are included with every order. Full line-up on the shop page.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Cost and delivery time depend on your location and which warehouse your device ships from, so there is no fixed number to quote in advance. Once you are ready to order, this is confirmed with you personally, in writing, before you pay anything, no surprise charges, ever.
How ordering works
An order request is placed through the site. Stock and delivery time are confirmed for the destination country, then a secure payment link is sent (card payments carry standard bank chargeback protection). Once paid, the order ships and you receive the learning materials, so the first session happens in week one, not "someday."
Warranty
- All devices carry the manufacturer's 1-year warranty.
- A unit that arrives faulty or fails under warranty terms is repaired or replaced by the manufacturer under its warranty terms. We give you the right contact and what to send.
Conformity documents
These are the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) documents held for the Life Expert line. Both cover electromagnetic compatibility only. They are not a medical registration, a clinical validation or a safety approval, because WebWellness devices are wellness technology, not medical devices.
EAEU Declaration of Conformity, Life Expert 3.0
Registered 15 December 2022, valid until 13 December 2027. States that the device is not for medical purposes. The signed original is in Russian, and an English text version is included in the PDF.
EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU certificate
Issued by TUV NORD on 16 November 2022, valid until 15 November 2027. It lists Life Expert, Life Expert Profi and Life Balance, with the annex of ratings.
Download both documents as one PDF (3 pages).
Returns
- 14-day return window from receipt, per EU consumer law.
- Change-of-mind returns require the device new, unused and complete in its original packaging with all accessories; return shipping for change-of-mind is paid by the buyer.
- Faulty items: return and replacement costs are covered.
- To start a return, email hello@attunelongevity.com within the window.
Questions before buying
Ten questions answered before an order beats one wrong device after it, ask directly, or let the 60-second quiz narrow the choice first.
