doTERRA Essential Oils
ATTUNE carries one oil brand only: doTERRA, whose CPTG testing standard is the reason it survives scrutiny in a crowded market. And instead of a 200-bottle catalog, you get a curated shelf, real usage protocols and a person to ask afterwards.

From the founder
"My door into essential oils was not a diffuser. It was a bioresonance machine: when I started measuring my own frequency, oils were one of the few things that visibly raised it. Then they moved into my kitchen, and they never left."
Aniko Puhova, founder of ATTUNE, raw food chef and certified wellness practitioner
Three ways to use them
A diffuser or simply the open bottle. The fastest route to mood: citrus for mornings, calming blends for the evening wind-down, paired naturally with a frequency session.
Diluted in a carrier oil for skin, massage and post-training muscle care. The rule that matters: dilute properly, patch-test if sensitive, follow the label.
Food-grade oils in tiny amounts replace fresh ingredients: lemon in dressings, wild orange in raw chocolate, peppermint in post-training water. Recipes ship with every starter order.
Cooking with essential oils
A drop of oil replaces a whole spice jar, never goes stale in the back of the cupboard, and travels when fresh herbs can't. Here's how to start without ruining a dish.
Not every oil belongs in food. Check the label: doTERRA marks food-safe oils with an "I" for internal use. If it isn't marked, it stays out of the pot.
Dip a clean toothpick into the bottle and stir it through the dish instead of pouring. One drop can overwhelm a whole pan; a toothpick lets you taste and add, never over-add.
Oils evaporate under heat. Add them at the very end of cooking when you can, or use a slightly heavier hand up front if the recipe has to bake, simmer or steam.
The culinary shelf
Tap a bottle to see how it's actually used in a kitchen.

Lemon
Bright and cleansing. A drop in water first thing in the morning, stirred into a salad dressing, or added to sparkling water. Start with 1 drop.

Wild Orange
Sweet and uplifting. A drop in water or tea, in raw chocolate or a baked good, or diffused while you cook. Start with 1 drop.

Lime
Tart and sharp. Built for marinades, guacamole, or a squeeze of flavour in sparkling water. Start with 1 to 2 drops.

Grapefruit
Bright and a little bitter. A drop in water, or worked into a citrus vinaigrette. Start with 1 drop.

Bergamot
Floral citrus, less sweet than the others. Steeped in tea for a real Earl Grey flavour, or diffused for a calm afternoon. Start with 1 drop.

Ginger
Warm and very potent. Toothpick-dip into stir-fries, marinades or a warm drink, never pour directly.

Cassia
Cinnamon's warmer, spicier cousin. A toothpick-dip in golden milk, oatmeal or baking. Very strong, always start with the toothpick.

Fennel
Warm, anise-like flavour. A toothpick-dip in soups, roasted vegetables, or after a heavy meal to help things settle.

Basil
Familiar Italian herb flavour. A drop stands in for fresh basil in sauces, dressings and marinades when the plant is out of season. Start with 1 drop.

Rosemary
Piney and robust. A drop in roasted potatoes, bread dough, or a marinade for lamb and chicken. Start with 1 drop.

Oregano
Very hot on the tongue. Always toothpick-dip, never pour, into tomato sauces and Italian dishes.

Thyme
Earthy and savoury. A toothpick-dip in soups, stews and roasted vegetables.

Cilantro
Fresh, green and citrusy. A drop in salsa, guacamole or an Asian-inspired dressing when fresh cilantro isn't on hand. Start with 1 drop.

Peppermint
Cool and sharp. A drop in water, a smoothie, or a chocolate dessert, also good in post-training water. Start with 1 drop.

Spearmint
Milder and sweeter than peppermint. A drop in tea, fruit salad, or a dessert where peppermint would be too sharp. Start with 1 drop.

How to buy
doTERRA sells through wellness advocates rather than shops. Buying through ATTUNE's enrollment means your account is connected to a practitioner who helps you build the right order, not a stranger's referral code.
Ready to order, in any country? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll set you up personally, sometimes with extra gifts or a running promotion, plus guidance on how to actually use what you buy.
Never buy doTERRA on Amazon, eBay or Etsy. Oils sold on marketplaces are frequently counterfeit or expired. Always buy through an official doTERRA account.
Enrollment connects your doTERRA account to ATTUNE so the guidance below comes with it. Email for the enrollment link and ID, and you will have it the same day.

Natural aromatic compounds extracted from plants: flowers, bark, leaves, peels and seeds. doTERRA tests every batch through its CPTG quality protocol, which is why it remains the reference brand in the category and the only oil line ATTUNE carries.
Three ways: aromatically (a diffuser or simply inhaled), topically (applied to skin, usually diluted in a carrier oil), and, for oils labelled as food grade, internally in tiny culinary amounts. Always follow the label of the specific oil, because the three uses are not interchangeable.
Used as directed, yes, and the rules are simple: dilute for skin, patch-test if you are sensitive, respect labels on internal use, and keep concentrated oils away from eyes and away from small children. Oils are wellness support, not medicine, and medical questions belong with a doctor.
A practical starting ratio is 1 to 2 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil. Sensitive skin and children need weaker dilutions. When in doubt, more carrier, fewer drops.
Some oils are appropriate for children at proper dilutions, and several should be avoided entirely at young ages. The safe route: heavier dilution, aromatic use over topical, and a conversation with your doctor for anything beyond everyday use.
Food-grade citrus, herb and spice oils can replace fresh ingredients in tiny amounts: one drop of lemon in a dressing, a toothpick-dip of clove through winter porridge, wild orange in raw chocolate. One 15ml bottle outlasts a fruit bowl many times over. Practical recipes come with every ATTUNE starter order.
Cool, dark and closed: away from direct sunlight and heat, with caps tight. Stored properly, most oils keep their character for years, citrus oils being the ones to use freshest.
Some can. If you take medication or manage a chronic condition, check with your doctor before adding oils, especially internal use. That is standard advice for any active botanical product, and it applies here.
Same official doTERRA products, plus what a catalog cannot ship: curated starter picks instead of a 200-bottle menu, kitchen, training and sleep protocols with every order, and a real person to ask afterwards. Enrollment through ATTUNE also unlocks doTERRA's wholesale pricing, typically 25% below retail.
Essential oils are aromatic and topical wellness support, not medicine. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease.
